ETEL 7, this is the larger of the two caravans, and consist of a double bedroom situated

at the right hand end adjacent to the combined shower / toilet room,

and a central twin bedroom on the other side of the shower room.

Additionally an over bed is fitted in the twin room, where a small child could sleep.

The kitchen is galley style with a lounge / diner to the left hand side of the van.

It is fitted with gas hob, gas oven and fridge with small freezer box,

a toaster, kettle and full set of utensils and crockery / cutlery are provided.

There is also a combined clock / cd / radio along with a selection of books and games.

Whilst the caravan can sleep 4 / 5 comfortably, a fold out bed is available within the lounge

if required, however, previous client have stated this make conditions cramped.

The caravan has its own private decking area, with plastic table, chairs and loungers,

shaded (when required) by a large collapsable parasol.

A charcoal bbq is provided for outside cooking, along with solar lamps for evening ambience

when sat outside for that end of day drink.

There is sufficient parking space for two cars at the caravan.

For early / late season rentals there is also a gas fire.

Summer weight quilts and pillows are provided, all you need is linen (1 double and 2 singles) and towels.
