Bretonbreaks © is our trading
name. The following terms and conditions list our commitments to
you and form
your contract with us. All our holiday homes are insured
in the UK and your contract will be governed by English
law.
Advertisements and Website Information
We believe
our website, press advertisments and advertising literature provides a sound description
of the holidays we offer.
All the information was to the best
of our knowledge correct at the time it was submitted. We will inform
you if there have
been any changes - at the time of booking.
Booking and Payments
A 15% deposit (min £100) will be required
at the time of booking. If the holiday is booked 8 weeks or
less before the departure
date the full cost of the holiday
must be paid with your booking. Once you have booked and paid
a deposit or the full
amount a contract exists between us.
Once we have received your booking form and payment we will
issue a confirmation.
Please check these details and call us
immediately if you have any queries. If you wish to cancel
your booking with return
of your deposit you must give us notice
in writing within 7 days of the date of our confirmation letter.
This does not apply to bookings confirmed within 8 weeks of
departure.
Should you decide to cancel within this period the
following charges will
apply:
- 56
days or more loss of deposit

at a comparable price. Should this not be possible we will refund
the cost of the accommodation. We will not be Liable for
any additional costs or travel arrangements.
Information regarding the number of adults and children stated
on the booking form may not be changed after the booking
has been
made, without the written agreement of BretonBreaks. Unauthorised

be deemed as a breach
of contract and you will be refused admission to the accommodation. BretonBreaks

situation arise.

in your party.

These cards only cover you for emergency treatment and not all costs are included or recoverable.
